Since 1994 Job Vision has been an effective sparring partner and an effective collaborative partner though out the country.

The core services offered by Job Vision are individual and company-aimed courses within the target groups: insured unemployed, recipients of cash benefits, flexible job employees, recipients of sickness benefits and unemployment benefit recipients. Furthermore, we cooperate with private companies, insurance companies, wage guarantee companies and private citizens in the entire country regarding outplacement, interim, Spouse job and career counselling. Our cooperation with private companies ensures a simultaneous maintenance of company networks and obtainment of need-to-know-knowledge in connection with outplacement of our vacant candidates.

At Job Vision we have several years of experience on how to create the best match between companies looking for manpower and vacant candidates. The company-aimed courses are effective and goal-directed according to the candidate’s next job. At the same time, with every sail set in order to bring the candidate closer to self-sufficiency. We have experience in using business practice and wage subsidies as a door opener. We often see that business-oriented processes create development and change so that ordinary employment is achieved.

Our counselling and guidance are both personally tailored to exactly the each and single one. We are aware of what is requested by the commercial life when it comes to new employees and last but not least personality, skills and motivation. This is all enabling us to work goal-directed with the personal development and clarification.
