2. The purpose and legal basis of processing your personal information
We process your personal information with the following purpose:
- Employee recruitment
The legal basis of our processing of your personal information is provided by:
- The signing of an employee contract, according to the Danish Employment Act (Ansættelsesbevisloven)
3. Recipients or categories of recipients
We may share your personal information with the following recipients:
- Suppliers/providers of personality tests
4. The storing of your personal information
Your personal information is stored until the end of the hiring process, which typically lasts up to 3 months. The personal information about the applicant who is not hired will be deleted immediately. If we wish to store your personal information any longer than the hiring process lasts, you will be asked for your consent hereof.

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have certain rights relating to the processing of your personal information. Please contact us if you wish to make use of these rights – our contact information is available in section 1.
Right of access
You are entitled to gain access to the personal information we process about you, as well as other information.
Right of rectification
You are entitled to have incorrect information about you corrected.
Right of erasure
In some cases, you are entitled to have personal information about you deleted before the time of general deletion occurs.
Right of restriction
In some cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal information restricted. If you are entitled to restriction, we are henceforth only allowed to process the information (except storing it) with your consent, or in order to establish, claim, or defend legal requirements, or to protect a person or important societal interests.
Right of objection
In some cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise legal processing of your personal information. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information when used in direct marketing.
Right of data portability
In some cases, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, regularly used and machine-readable format and to have the information transferred from one data processor to another without delay.

Right of withdrawal of consent
If you have given your consent to the storing of your resume and application, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This can be done by contacting us – you will find our contact information in section 1.
If you decide to withdraw your consent, it will not affect the legality of our processing of your personal information from the time of your previously given consent up to the time of your withdrawal of said consent – meaning, if you withdraw your consent it will be in effect from this time forward.
6. Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency
