You are a candidate at Job Vision, and we have thus been given access to a restricted amount of your personal information. You have either given us the information yourself or we have received the information from the job center of your municipality, your employer, your insurance company or others.

2. The purpose and legal basis of processing your personal information
We process your personal information with the following purpose:
- Sale and delivery of our services, including outplacement, career counseling and interim
The legal basis of our processing of your personal information is based on:
- Sale and delivery of our services occurs according to the contract we have signed with either you, the job center of your municipality, your employer, your insurance company or with others who take part in the contract.
- The contract and the related accounting material are stored according to The Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven)
3. Categories of personal information
We process the following categories of personal information about you:
- Contact information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address etc.)
- Social security number
- Application material including resume, diplomas, certificates etc.
- Other relevant personal information including case history and employment situation
4. Recipients or categories of recipients
We lease or transfer your personal information to the following recipients:
- Public authorities
- Suppliers of administrative IT-systems including economy system and CRM system
- Suppliers of various IT-tools used for the delivery of our services
- Customers, suppliers and collaborators
- Accountant
- Educational institutions and seminar providers
- Providers of personality tests
5. Transfer to recipients in third countries, including international organizations
We do not transfer your personal information to recipients outside the EU and the EEA.
6. Where does your personal information come from?
We have received personal information about you either from:
- Yourself, or
- The job center of your municipality, your employer, your insurance company or the like
7. The storing of your personal information
The personal information about you that is relevant to the contract and the related accounting material will be stored for up to 6 years, while the personal information included in the services we have provided you with will be stored for 2 years.
8. Your rights
According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have a certain entitlement relating to the processing of your personal information. Please contact us if you wish to make use of these rights – our contact information is available in section 1.
Right of access
You are entitled to gain access to the personal information we process about you, as well as other information.
Right of rectification
You are entitled to have incorrect information about you corrected.
Right of erasure
In some cases, you are entitled to have personal information about you deleted before the time of general deletion occurs.
Right of restriction
In some cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal information restricted. If you have the right of restriction, we are henceforth only allowed to process the information (except storing it) with your consent, or in order to establish, claim or defend legal requirements, or to protect a person or important societal interests.
Right of objection
In some cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise legal processing of your personal information. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information when used in direct marketing.
Right of data portability
In some cases, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, regular and machine-readable format and to have the information transferred from one data processor to another without delay.
