2. The purpose and legal basis of processing your personal information
We process your personal information with the following purpose:
- Sale and delivery of our services
The legal basis of our processing of your personal information is based on:
- Sale and delivery of our services occurs according to the contract we have signed with your company
- The contract and the related accounting material are stored according to The Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven)
3. Recipients or categories of recipients
We lease or transfer your personal information to the following recipients:
- Public authorities including SKAT and virk.dk
- Suppliers of various IT-systems and -tools
- Customers, suppliers and collaborators
- Lawyer
- Accountant
4. Transfer to recipients in third countries, including international organizations
We do not transfer your personal information to recipients outside the EU and the EEA.
5. The storing of your personal information
The personal information about you including the contract and other relevant information will be stored for up to 6 years after the collaboration has ended. The accounting material is equally stored for up to 6 years.
6. Your rights
According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have a certain entitlement relating to the processing of your personal information. Please contact us if you wish to make use of these rights – our contact information is available in section 1.
Right of access
You are entitled to gain access to the personal information we process about you, as well as other information.
Right of rectification
You are entitled to have incorrect information about you corrected.
Right of erasure
In some cases, you are entitled to have personal information about you deleted before the time of general deletion occurs.
Right of restriction
In some cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal information restricted. If you have the right of restriction, we are henceforth only allowed to process the information (except storing it) with your consent, or in order to establish, claim or defend legal requirements, or to protect a person or important societal interests.
Right of objection
In some cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise legal processing of your personal information. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information when used in direct marketing.
Right of data portability
In some cases, you have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, regular and machine-readable format and to have the information transferred from one data processor to another without delay.
