Processing of your personal information
Due your employment, we have registered personal information about you. According to Article 13 of the Personal Data Regulation, we shall provide you with the following information about our processing of your personal information:

2. Purpose and legal basis for processing your personal information
We process your personal information for the following purposes:
- Employee Administration
The legal basis for our processing of your personal information is provided by:
- Administration of your personal information is in accordance with the signed employment contract.
- Storage of the agreement and the accompanying accounting material is in accordance with the Accounting Act.
- Registration of driver’s license information and any traffic offense is done in accordance with the Road Traffic Act.
- Registration of information on work- and residence permits is in accordance with the Immigration Act.
- Registration of health information in connection with the conditions of the employment is in accordance with the Act on Active Employment.
- Registration and use of profile picture, video recordings and criminal record is done according to the consent of the employee.
3. Categories of personal information
We process the following categories of personal information about you:
- Contact information (name, address, phone number, email address, etc.)
- Social Security number
- Application material, including application and CV
- Employment contract and other documents related to employment law
- Diplomas and certificates
- Salary information
- Account information
- Pension information
- Insurance information
- Information regarding next of kin
- Driver’s license
- Absence Information
- Information from the employee development conversation (MUS) and the competence sheet
- Work-and residence permit
- Profile picture and video recordings
- Health Information
- Road Traffic Offenses

In connection with the termination of your employment, we will also process the following categories of personal data

4. Parties or categories of parties
We can share your personal information with the following parties:
- Public authorities, including the Danish Tax Agency (SKAT) and Virk.dk, which is the communications portal between private companies and Danish Public Business Authorities.
- Suppliers of administrative IT systems and related services, including financial systems, payroll systems and hosting
- Suppliers of various IT tools for the delivery of our services
- Customers, suppliers and partners
- Banks
- Pension Companies
- Insurance companies
- Telephone Providers
- Lawyers
- Accountants
- Hotel and travel agencies
- Educational institutions and course providers
- Personality Test Providers
- Credit Card Companies
Upon termination of employment, we will disclose or transfer your personal information to the following parties:

5. Parties in third countries, including international organizations
We do not share your personal information to parties outside the EU and the EEA.
6. Storing your personal information
Your personal information regarding the employment is stored for up to 6 years after the termination of the employment. The associated accounting records are also stored for up to 6 years.
If you have consented to use your profile picture and to participate in video footage, we will keep your profile picture and any video footage until termination or withdrawal of the agreed consent.
7. The right to withdraw consent
If you have consented to our use of your profile picture and your participation in video footage, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us at the contact details listed in section 1 above.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal information based on your prior consent and until the date of withdrawal. Therefore, if you withdraw your consent, it will not be effective until this date.
8. Right to correction, deletion, limitation and objection of your personal information

Right to correction
You are entitled to have incorrect information about yourself corrected. You also have the right to get your information supplemented with additional information if this will make your personal information more complete and / or up to date.
Right to deletion
In some cases, you are entitled to delete information about you before the time of our general deletion occurs.
Right to limitation of treatment
You may, in certain cases, have the right to restrict the processing of your personal information. If you are entitled to limited processing, in future, we may only process the information – except for storage – with your consent or for determining, enforcing or defending legal claims, or for protecting a person or important social interests.
Right to objection
In some cases, you may object to our otherwise legitimate processing of your personal information. You can also object to processing your information for direct marketing purposes.
